Information You Provide to Us

App Data Stored on Your Device
Authenticator apps typically store data needed to generate codes (for example, secrets/seeds and account labels). This data is stored on your Device and is used to provide the App’s functionality.
Unless you explicitly share information with us (for example, via email), we do not receive this data.
Usage Data
We do not require registration and we do not operate a mandatory login or license server for Authzialla.
We do not intentionally collect usage analytics from within the App unless such collection is enabled through your device/Google settings or through optional diagnostics provided by the platform (see "Third-Party Services" below).
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
To provide support and respond to your requests.
To improve reliability and security (for example, understanding a crash report if you send it to us).
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our legal rights.

The security of Personal Data is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Personal Data we handle, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Services (Google / Android / App Store)
The App is distributed via Google Play. Depending on your Device and settings, Google and the Android operating system may process certain data (for example, for app delivery, security, crash diagnostics, or fraud prevention). This processing is governed by Google’s terms and privacy policies, not ours.
If you enable Android/Google diagnostics or crash reporting, diagnostic information may be shared with Google and may be made available to developers in aggregated or report form.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided Personal Data to us (for example, by contacting support), please contact us so we can delete it where appropriate.
