# System Requirements

Development systems must meet the following minimum requirements:

• IBM compatible PC with Pentium class microprocessor.
• Windows 98/98SE/ME with 64 Mb RAM, Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 4 or better, Windows 2000/2003/XP/Vista/7/8/10/11 with 512 MB RAM.
• Administrative access is required to install to Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista/7/8/10/11.
• .NET Framework 4.0 or higher to run IntelliLock.
• ASP.NET license management require ASP.NET 2.0 or higher.
