# Trimming Problems

When publishing an IntelliLock-protected application with trimming enabled, the .NET trimmer may remove classes, members, or references that are required by the code injected by IntelliLock.

# Solution

Install the Eziriz.IntelliLock.TrimHelper NuGet package in the project that is being trimmed:

dotnet add package Eziriz.IntelliLock.TrimHelper

Alternatively, install the package via the NuGet Package Manager in your IDE.

NuGet Package:
Eziriz.IntelliLock.TrimHelper

No additional project configuration is required.

# Why This Is Necessary

Trimming removes code that it considers unused. This can include elements that are not used by the original application but are required later by IntelliLock's injected code. The trim helper ensures that these required elements remain available.
